Girl, Time and Space Book

This book, a collection of three novellas, is very important to me. I dedicated it to all girls who, for whatever reason, remain unnoticed, yet deserve to shine.

The good characters in these stories were inspired by many incredible girls and women I’ve been lucky to know. The girl in Galaxy in the Cup was inspired by my dear friend M, who was fighting cancer and passed away.

Forgotten Boat

I visited my friend in Cornboy and spotted this boat outside Rossport from his kitchen window. That moment made my heart race—it hooked me instantly. So, the boat became my photographic destination for the next five consecutive weeks, alongside a photography project for my friend that later turned into a book. Man… that was a fabulous time.

The trip there would take me almost an hour and forty minutes. Then I’d enjoy a few more hours around the boat before the rising tide reclaimed the strand and pushed me ashore.

What AI Can’t Do

The world seems to have gone mad over this AI thing. So many are convinced it can do everything. Well… no. It can’t make babies, though some would argue. It can’t hug you. It can’t tell you a bedtime story. There’s a gazillion other things it can’t do. And fixing a half-dead camera from 1959-ish is definitely one of them.

My tiny studio is the only source of light in the village at this time of night. A cup of coffee on my desk, still warm, but I haven’t even tried it yet—my cat has wrapped himself around the cup, sleeping. If I wake him, I’ll burn in hell.
